Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate.
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • All guests must check in at the North Gate to receive directions and the arrival packet.
  • The garage is not available for guest use.
  • This property has one exterior doorbell style security camera monitoring the entryway only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). No refunds or date changes for lack of proper vehicles, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes. Visit the Off Road Adventures website for ATV rental information.
  • Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking.
  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Guests can use amenities during staffed hours. Classes are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply.

  • There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles.
  • This home provides a Level 2 EV charger (50A) for guests.

These items are provided for one night, or maybe two.

Community and Construction Notices

  • Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: Construction may be audible. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction is ongoing Monday through Thursday 7am–7pm, Friday 7am–5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays 8am–5pm. No construction on Sundays. No construction on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Reservations will not be moved due to construction noise.
  • Community amenities available during your stay:
    • Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music.
    • Fire pits, bar, and seasonal food trailer.
    • Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC.
    • Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, various waterfalls, and fishing holes.
    • Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts.
    • Horseshoes.
    • Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar).
